Refund and Cancellation
Refund and Cancellation Policy: The refund and cancellation policy is individually agreed upon with each client and is documented in the legal agreement signed between the client and Intello Labs.
Refund Method: In the event of a refund, as per the refund and cancellation clauses outlined in the legal agreement, the refund will be processed through NEFT/RTGS transfer directly to the client's designated bank account.
Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, we strive to execute the refund within 7 working days. However, please note that the actual processing time may vary depending on the specific circumstances and the client's bank.
Customized Pricing: We offer tailored pricing to each client based on their unique business requirements and the specific solution they need.
Pricing Terms: The pricing details and terms will be clearly outlined in the legal agreement signed between the client and Intello Labs. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding regarding the financial aspects of our engagement.
Pricing Changes: Any adjustments or modifications to the pricing structure will be handled through mutual agreement between Intello Labs and the client. Before implementing any changes, we will engage in open communication and reach a consensus that satisfies both parties.
